Shape Goal is a macro-based nutrition tracking app. Instead of prescribing specific foods, it gives you a daily macronutrient target based on your profile and goal, and lets you log food however you like. An AI assistant can suggest meal options based on your remaining daily macros and stated preferences.
Shape Goal is a self-tracking tool, not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Calorie and macro estimates, AI-generated suggestions, and barcode/photo-based food recognition can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always consult a doctor or registered dietitian before starting a diet or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. Do not use this app as your sole source of guidance for a serious health decision.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to legally use the app in your country (see the Children section of our Privacy Policy).
Don't use the app to submit content that's illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights; don't try to interfere with the app's operation, security, or other users' accounts; don't use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service beyond normal personal use.
Meal suggestions, food-photo recognition, and chat replies are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate. You're responsible for verifying anything important (allergens, portion sizes, calorie counts) before relying on it.
The core app is free to use. We may offer an optional paid tier in the future (for example, to remove sponsored/partner content) — any paid feature will be clearly labeled and opt-in; nothing is billed automatically without your action.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app at any time, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll try to give notice of material changes where practical, but the app is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees while in early development.
To the extent permitted by law, Shape Goal is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions or estimates.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
